This abstract artwork features many of my favourite colours, notably the purples and reds I’m known for. As with many of my abstract paintings, it includes the central idea of the spiral—the structure that underpins our universe and appears everywhere in nature.

Although painted primarily in acrylics, I also used Caran d’Ache wax crayon to add detail and depth.
