Feeling Lost, Confused, Overwhelmed? Awakening Can Be Tough, But You Don’t Have to Do it Alone.
My New Online Course – A Complete Guide to Spiritual Awakening – Provides Expert Guidance, Clear Answers, and Essential Tools, to Help You on Your Path.
We’ve all heard about manifestation. In fact, you probably have a manifestation routine. But have you ever stopped to wonder how manifestation works and why? It’s all woo-woo, right? Wrong! In this post, I break down the real mechanics driving this fundamental aspect of our universe. I’ll also share a proven formula you can use to turbo-charge manifestation results in your own life.
Understanding the Virtual Environment: How Manifestation Works
To understand how manifestation works, we first need to understand the nature of our reality.
This is a virtual environment.
It’s data-driven.
Our brain is essentially a super-computer that’s linked to the collective consciousness, or collective mind, which exists in the higher dimensions.
One of the main reasons souls come here to Earth is to learn how to manifest, which is really about learning how to move energy around.
And the way we do that is via the power of the mind, through our thoughts and ideas.
Our thoughts are creative.
When we think, whether consciously or unconsciously, we’re manifesting.
Your third eye, which is the energetic centre attached to the pineal gland in the brain, is the tool of manifestation.
It’s also a receiver and transmitter.
It sends data to the higher dimensions, and this is where all manifestation starts.
You can call this the fifth dimension, or the quantum field if you prefer.
But basically, the intention goes up, gets processed, and then comes back down to be realized in 3D.
The Architects: Your Manifestation Team
Now that you understand the basic mechanics of how manifestation works, let me introduce you to your manifestation team.
There is actually a team which builds our intentions in the fifth dimensional realm.
Let’s call them the architects.
Everything in our universe is conscious and personified, even processes. E
ven our universe itself can be understood as a person. We call her Source, or Athena.
So when we think, or when we use affirmations, we’re sending instructions to the architects about what to build.
And the more we focus on a particular goal, especially if we couple it with real world action, the more energy we give to the architects to build what we want.
If there’s something that’s particularly important to you, you could choose to affirm for it every hour, with multiple affirmations, and persist with it over time until it materializes.
This means you’re giving the architects more energy to work with in delivering your goal.
As a side note here, group manifestation is especially powerful.
This is when a group of people work together to manifest the same thing, ideally at the same time.
I want to mention a project I’m involved in here.
It’s called We Manifest Peace, and it’s a manifestation group which meets on the first Sunday of every month, to manifest peace in the world.
If you’d like to join us, and I hope you will, you can find more information here.

Consistency is Key
In terms of manifestation, consistency is key, and this is also why we mustn’t give up on our dreams.
If we’ve been trying to manifest something big over a long period of time – and this could be a period of years – just because it hasn’t arrived yet doesn’t mean it won’t.
It means more energy and focused intention is required to bring it into being.
So we need to use manifestation techniques and affirmations daily, coupled with real world action, until it arrives.
It’s important to mention at this point that the universe is designed in spirals.
The more we invest in an idea, the more it spirals and gathers momentum.
But the reverse is true too.
If we invest heavily in an idea for a week, then ignore it for a month, it will spiral back down again.
The universe will assume our priorities and intentions have changed.
So just keep plugging away, every day.
Get into the discipline of daily manifestation practice.
Avoiding Contradiction
As well as being consistent, we want to avoid contradiction.
For example, if we affirm for something positively, then spend the rest of the day worrying about the lack of it, we’re sending mixed messages.
This is because the architects now have a positive and a negative thought from you and therefore they don’t have clarity of intention.
A positive and a negative thought around the same goal will cancel each other out to some degree and reduce the amount of energy the architects have available to help you.
This is why we say, do your affirmations and then forget about them for the rest of the day, apart from doing whatever you need to do in 3D to help move things along.
Basically, stop worrying and trust that the universe will deliver what you want.
You can even use affirmations to help with this process too.
For example, you could end your manifestation ritual with the affirmation: I trust that the universe has my best interests at heart and always delivers what I want and need.
The Power of Mindfulness
This process with the architects generally applies (minus some exceptions I’ll talk about shortly) no matter what your thoughts are, and whether you’re thinking consciously or unconsciously.
Which is why mindfulness and awareness over thoughts are so important.
And why negative self-talk can be so destructive. Not only are we manifesting negative things for ourselves, we’re also lowering our vibration.
Vibration and the Law of Attraction
This is where the law of attraction comes in.
To manifest to our full potential, we need to keep our vibe high.
High vibration means we’re in the zone of manifestation.
You don’t need to align with specific vibrations, like money for example. You just need to keep your vibe as high as possible.
This also aligns with your level of consciousness.
Consciousness and the energetic system, the health of which directly affects your rate of vibration, are interlinked.
As one ascends, so does the other, and vice versa.
High vibe and elevated consciousness equals increased power of manifestation.
Low vibe and descended consciousness equals decreased power of manifestation.
In particular, the more elevated our consciousness, the more time we spend in higher mind, the more easily we manifest.
This is because, when we’re elevated, we’re operating directly from the quantum field.
And of course, the opposite is true too.
If we’re down in lower mind, we’re further away from the quantum field and our intention has further to travel.
Also, our vibe is lower, and our thoughts tend to be more human, which is to say, more negative, because the human part of us is focused on survival.
This is why we should practice meditation alongside manifestation.
The more we meditate, the more we integrate with the higher mind, or higher self, and over time this creates a direct internal route to the quantum field.
In addition, as we do our inner work and progress along the awakening path, our powers become stronger, because these processes increase our vibration.
The exception to this is during the Spiritual Dark Night of the Soul, which is an automatic process that kicks in during spiritual awakening when we’ve reached 50% integration of the conscious mind and higher self.
At this time, everything is restricted and repressed.
We exit the Spiritual Dark Night of the Soul at 65% integration, and when we meditate we integrate.
So daily meditation is the antidote to this type of Dark Night of the Soul.
The Importance of Clarity
The universe is designed to deliver what we want for ourselves.
And if we’re not telling it what we want, then it tries to intuit it based on our actions and whatever fragments of thought we’re emitting.
So clarity over our goals is important.
This is why it’s also vital to align our actions with what we truly want for ourselves.
For example, if we want to be a musician, but we go to work every day in a bank, there is a lack of clarity and our manifestation efforts will be diluted.
However, if we want to be a musician and spend as much time as possible making music, immersing ourself in music, and connecting with other aspects of the music world, the universe can see our intention more clearly
This means the architects will have more energy to help you, by default, even if you don’t have a formal manifestation practice.
Manifesting for Others
Here’s something interesting.
Manifesting on behalf of someone else is ten times more powerful than manifesting for yourself, if it’s to their benefit.
So if there’s something you really want or need, you can ask others to manifest on your behalf.
You can also help people in your circle by supporting their goals with your own affirmations.
When You Can’t Get What You Want
Even with a rock solid manifestation practice, you won’t always get what you want, but you will always get what you need.
For a start, if the things you want don’t align with one of the life paths or lessons you chose for yourself before you incarnated, then it will be harder to manifest.
You would have to show extremely committed intention over time, that this is something you truly want for yourself, for your higher self to allow the universe to support you.
Also, if you want things for show, or are very materialistically minded, you want a super car for example, this can be harder to manifest, depending on the kind of life you came in to experience.
Your spiritual team has the power of veto.
Sometimes we need a lesson, or have chosen a path which isn’t immediately beneficial to us and this blocks our manifestation efforts.
A common lesson, especially amongst highly evolved souls with big missions, is absolute trust in and complete surrender to the universe.
So resources or progress may be blocked for a time until we learn this.
I see this frequently with the bodhisattvas that I coach.
A Note for Bodhisattva Souls
A Bodhisattva is a soul which has completed at least 98 percent of its soul lessons.
I don’t mean just in this lifetime, but across all of their incarnations since the beginning of time.
Therefore, they don’t have to incarnate to learn, but they may choose to incarnate to help.
There are many Bodhisattavas incarnated on the Earth at the moment, far more than is usual, to support the Global Enlightenment Project.
The Global Enlightenment Project is managed from the higher dimensions and intends to wake up everyone on the planet within twenty years or so, or at least get them started in the spiritual awakening process.
Bodhisattva souls have a very different contract with the universe than souls who have come here to learn.
Their lives tend to be very closely controlled, especially after spiritual awakening and as they get into their missions.
So they should be very sure that what they’re trying to manifest aligns with their plan and mission.
Otherwise, they’re forcing their team to use valuable energy to block them, especially as they’re very powerful manifesters exerting a lot of will and intention.
Even if they are manifesting in alignment with their mission, their team will be managing timings very closely, so they may still find they’re blocked, even if they know it’s the right intention.
If you suspect you’re a Bodhisattva soul, patience around manifestation is absolutely key.
Try not to let yourself get frustrated, and trust the process.
It will come together when the time is right.
The Power of ‘Perfect Protocol’
A powerful aid to manifestation is ‘Perfect Protocol,’ also known as ‘PP.’
PP means leading a spiritual life as much as possible.
Meditate and exercise daily.
Avoid alcohol, certain drugs, certain foods.
Keep your energetic system cleansed.
It’s important because PP raises your vibe and elevates your consciousness, which as we know is an important foundation for manifestation.
So if you have something important happening that you need to go right, going onto PP beforehand will help.
Basically, it gets you into flow.
I teach Perfect Protocol in my online course, The Complete Guide to Spiritual Awakening, as well as many other important spiritual techniques.
How Manifestation Works: The Perfect Formula for Powerful Results
So, now you understand how manifestation works, here’s the formula for powerful manifestation, assuming you’re not blocked for any reason:
First, keep doing your inner work and invest in the spiritual journey to raise your vibrational and consciousness potential.
Second, practice good energetic hygiene to keep your vibration high.
Third, retain awareness over your thoughts and reprogram negative thinking in real time.
Fourth, meditate daily.
Fifth, stay on PP as much as possible.
Sixth, get clear on your intentions for yourself.
Seventh, use a rock solid manifestation protocol. Affirmation, Visualization, Prayer, or ‘AVP,’ is the gold standard. (I also teach this in my online course.)
If it’s something you really want or need to happen quickly, you can use the same ritual multiple times a day.
But a good baseline for general manifestation is to use AVP first thing in the morning and last thing at night.
Then teach yourself to detach and not worry about the outcome.
If it’s right for you, it will arrive.
This is a fundamental law of the universe.
